Music is everything,
With every breath, every pause,
it takes you up on wings
And there it resolves.
Every life has it's own song,
It's own tune.
There's always a place to belong,
Always a place to commune.
Every song pulls to that one note,
A way to resolve.
All seems to float,
Never to diminish nor dissolve.
Every song has a Composer,
No song is left incomplete.
Every pitch is one step closer
To the point where you and your harmony meet.
The perfect harmony
Can be hard to achieve
But with the perfect melody,
All may be relieved.
Every song writes itself,
So sweet, so smooth.
No song is just another piece set on the shelf,
There's always something that just makes that boom.
None is exactly like another
But there is always a perfect match.
One that blends, never smothers.
There's always that hook with which to attach.
Music is a release.
When all else fails,
Your song picks up the pieces,
And my pulse sails.
Please don't take your song away,
I surely can't go down that street,
