My True Nature

First I start on a horse
As a charming knight in shiney armor
Then I end up on the ground
As a pig-headed ass...My true nature

Such a beautiful flower she is
pure, loyal, noble like a white daisy
With my touch I destroy thee
Just with anything else that could resemble as such

She's my light
my air
my world
yet I must bring up a barrier
destroy what's within

The pain...
To possibly explain...
Its everywhere
in and out
Stings and burns
nearly unbearable
But feeling and being as such
It's my true nature.

You've not destroyed me yet, love. Betrayal, hurt, anger...but not destruction. I still love you.

And history repeats itself again pretty much.
