"Announcement"
"Read Me"
"Done"
"Solved"
"Old"
"Update"
Basically....
Announcement is blank.
"Read Me" is what you select for things like stories or blogs that you really want people to read.
"Done" is a completed story.
"Solved" is for something like the Psychiatrist's Chair, where whatever problem you had is now solved.
"Old" is for stories or role-plays or games that are so old that no one cares about them anymore.
"Update" is for stories and blogs and things (like new questions for 7 truths) that the POSTER has updated (doesn't count for role-plays).

Now I think that it is pretty understandable. But to summarize:
Read me-For topics (like this) that you really want people to read, not for roleplays and only when you first post stories and Blogs, once you have posted your first update please change.
Done- this is for completed stories and roleplays that have reached the end of their stories (yes it happens).
Solved-for the Pshycetrist's Chair, when your problem is solved please put "solved".
Update- for stories and blogs that have been recently updated, same for lounge games.
Old- for those things that no one looks at any more or that make you feel old when you reminis about the fun you had on it.
