Dark smiles.

Faking happiness.

Hiding the scars than run deep in my soul.

My past, once left behind, is catching up.

I'm running, but like a dream, I can't move fast enough.

It's coming to hurt me.

Haunting my nightmares and not letting me free.

The world is changing around me.

I hang onto love, but the surrounding world is darkness.

Black.

The abyss and a void.

Feelings and emotions frey beneath my fingers and the cuts run deep.

Deep enough to line the true me with bloodshed and tears.

I have dark smiles.

So as most of you know, I've been trying for MONTHS to get Midnight to post her fantasy role-play. Not here, but on the Anon Board. One day, Cryptic and I came super close, but no dice.
Through a long series of connections, I finally got in private contact with her and she agreed to post NOT on AB but on Anonymatrix. She said she would let me post her poem, or nothing at all. So this is her poem (I didn't choose the colours. The white lines are supposed to be black but then you couldn't read it).
I did NOT write this and take NO credit for it! It's all Midnight Wolf's work.
