Here are four options I have:

1) We have been the It couple since forever , but One Friday night while out partying you and a friend (Pick a name) was driving home together after the party, he was driving cause you didn't feel like you could. I was stuck at a boring business party my parents were throwing that my mother forced me to go to. So that I could 'impress' their big hot shot partners and what not. The car ends up wrapping around a
tree Killing your friend (Insert name), causing you to go into a slight coma, losing your memory and breaking a few bones. When I get a phone call from your parents I rush out of the party, to the dismay of my mother causing a huge scene in front of everyone. But I didn't care I ran out of the party in the pouring rain and rushed to the hospital to find out that you went into a coma and the doctors are not sure when you will wake up. What will happen when you wake up to find a stranger in your room that you can't remember? I still care about you and in love with you but will I be able to stick by and help refresh your memory or will it be too much for me to have a boyfriend that can't remember me? There is only one way to find out.

Start: The day of the party, the final school bell just rang.

"Are you hungry"? I ask again as I look at her. I had half of a sandwich left and was willing to share with her.

I nod and finish eating "yeah but you need the real Drew back, right"? I ask softly as I look at her. I knew what she wanted and that's what I wanted too, but I didn't know when it was going to happen.

I take some pain pills then look at her as she starts to cry. "Sorry" I say softly for making her upset.

"No it's not" I say with a sigh as I look at her. I hated all of this and just wanted it to be over. I wanted to get cleaned up and relax a bit so I stood up and slowly walked to my shower.

I couldn't get in the shower because of my broken arm so I just wiped the sweat off of me instead. I got all cleaned up then walked back to my room.

I noticed she was sitting at the window so I sat down on my bed and looked at her "you ok"? I ask softly. I knew she was upset about the whole ordeal but there was nothing she could do but maybe help me remember.

I knew she wasn't fine "just let it out" I say softly as I look at her. I knew she was extremely upset and I didn't blame her one bit.

I sigh as I look at her back "you're not fine, heck I'm not even fine" I say. I lay back in my bed just as the sun starts to set.

I looked up at her as she said that in a mean tone. She obiviously wasn't fine but whatever. "Whatever" I say as I close my eyes and try to relax.

I drift off into sleep and this time I start having peaceful dreams. I saw the real me stand next to Savannah and hug her tightly as she cried. I couldn't tell if we were having the same dream or not (if that is even possible) but it was really weird.

The dream soon ended and because I went to bed so late I ended up waking up early. I opened my eyes to a pitch black room and glanced over at Savannah. She was sleeping on my favorite thing in this room and I noticed she had all of her clothes still on which must be unconfortable. I smiled slightly before looking at the clock on the nightstand as it read 5:30. I sighed and tried to relax but the pain was coming back.

"Yeah I'm fine" I say into the dark as I hear her. I yawned because I was tired, but I was too tired to go back to sleep. I turned on my side and covered up in my blankets more because of how cold it was.

"Not right now" I say softly as I turn onto my sude as much as my broken arm would let me. I had the cloth cast on it now but had to go later in the week to get the real plaster one on.
