Alien Invasion (Never too late to join(: )

This is my first attempt at an RP, it is inspired by the upcomming movie "Battle for Los Angeles" comming out March 11th 2011

On January 13th, 2013, the Aliens declared their war against humanity. In a matter of hours the Alien warships desended on every major city across the globe. 17 million people were killed in a matter of hours. The UN was quick to respond, sending out troops to battle these invaders, but they are fighting a war they cannot win. The aliens are phisically sronger, faster and tougher than the humans. They wield weapons far more advanced than ours.

This RP will take place in Los Angeles (And area)two weeks after the Invasion. The human race is on the brink of extinction. The millitary is still fighting off the aliens, but hope is all but lost. The city of LA is in ruins, it is a war torn battlefield. Soldiers and Alien warriors fight it out in the streets while civillians are caught in the middle, trying to survive.

There was gunfire behind me and I cut the corner, sliding under a metal bar that was blocking my path. I took in a deep breath as I watched aliens drop dead behind me. I needed to go help the guy, but I wasn't about be be 'evacuated' into safety. Everyone knew that meant being screened for disease and taken of you weapons. Aliens didn't care. They would shoot down a whole base of humans without a second thought, and without a gun, we'd all be dead.

I took in a short breath as I rolled, pulling myself up before continuing to run. I wasn't going to die because of what the goverment thought they could handle. Truth was: We'd aready lost the war.

"Who said I was talking about aliens?" I ask, raising an eyebrow, a devious grin shoots across my face and I quickly dart behind a few old boxes as a gunshot was fired from a nearby alien hover tank.

Jordan just raised his eyebrow. He would have to keep an eye on theat one.

Seeing my brother's dead body had triggered something in my mind. A mix of anger, sadness, and a whole lot of darkness...

The trigger that was pulled had released the bad-ass in me is what I'm trying to say.

I was the one with a snippy mouth, and if I didn't like you, you'd know it. No more playing theater with people. This was war, either you die, or you survive.

Survival of the fittest. And to survive. You had to be tough.

Jordan pulled up the grenade launcher attachment on his M-16. With a 'thump' a grenage was launched, killing 5 aliens

ooc- I'm posting right now that I won't be able to post at all today. My mother was in an acciden in the capital and I've to go get her from the hospital, sorry

Angel hears something metallic fall. She looks and sees a grenade. She jumps behind a car to take cover. Five aliens died. She crouches and smiles. Knowing the sergeant his probably saying ‘Hoorah’ Angel coughs. “Dam dust” she whispers. She moves to the corner of the car. Straight a head was a civilian, an alien walking up to him, and another civilian trying to be brave. It would have been better if the civilian at least had a gun. Angel starts to shoot him. The alien stops and looks at her. He throws a plasma ball. She quickly rolls and hides behind. Angel aims at his head. She shot him four times before he fell. Angel falls back and looks at the sky for a brief second. All the aliens were dead. She gets up, looking around. She spits on the ground.


ooc- hope she's okay.

"We did it!" Jordan said. fellow soldiers got out of the humvies asking all of the civies to go with them

Angel walks back. She holds on to her right hip. She looks down and sees blood. “Fuck” she walks in and puts her sniper rifle on the table. “No hoorah?” she asked smiling. Angel sits on the floor and looks up. She pulls the piece of glass out. “Dam that shit is big” she flings it. Angel looks at Mercy “hey what’s your name?”

Angel looks at the sergeant. “I was talking to her but okay. Sergeant Jordan, I am fine. I’m a fast healer” she smiles sweetly. “Oh by the way my name is Angel” she holds on to the edge of the table to help her get up. “I don’t do hospitals” she grabs her backpack and gun “Should we move out?”

Angel Raises an eyebrow. Just because she didn't wantto see the medic. "What ever. See you." She looks at the girl "Bye" she smiles at her. Angel starts to walk.

"It'll get infected." Skye said, hearing the girl's protests. Was she going to be that stupid? It was idiotic enough that she had taken it out herself, but then refusing to go to a medic? Skye shook her head. If she was really in the military, she wouldn't refuse. "And then your embracing of death will come in handy" Skye gave her a smirk, referring to their conversation earlier. She was sick of her acting like she was above everyone. Skye pulled herself up from the ground and wiped the dust from her pants, then looked back to the others.

The blood dripped slowly down my arms as I grasp the gun harder in my hand. I look around, victory had been accomplished. I looked at the group and sighed as one girl refused treatment for her wounds. I stand up.

"Let her be stupid." I say to the girl and the male soilder, eyeing up the female soilder [Angel].

Angel stops and looks back. “Like the girl said let me be stupid. I have my reasons for not wanting to get aided” she starts to think about her brothers. The huge fight they had about her leaving the army. They wanted nothing to do with her. She walks down the block. A plasma ball hit a car in front of her. She backed flipped, accidentally dropping her bag. She looks back to where she was with the others. Angel breaks the car mirror and starts to play with a little piece. Hoping the sun would beam down on it. And shine for one of them to notice and help her. The alien picks up the car and throws it. He grabs Angel by the neck and throws her.

Jordan notices the Alien throwing Angel around. He rushed to her aid, pumpung three rounds into its chest. The beast fell down, dust collecting around it when it did. He rushed ove to see if Angel was alright, when a plasma ball struck him in the arm, tossing him to the ground.

Angel groans as she tries to get up. She watches Jordan get thrown. She takes out her knife and throws it at the alien. He looks at it then her. Angel finally gets up and runs towards it. Hitting the knife, making it go deeper in its body. She falls down with the alien. She pulls out the knife stabbing him repeatedly. Angel falls down. She crawls to the sergeant. “Need help?” she says with a little smile. Her eyes began to get heavy. She closes her eyes and passes out.

Jordan groaned in pain, His shoulder suffered heavy burns. his arm began to smoke.

"I...I dont think I can get up.."

occ- haha, yeah that was a nice rescue i attempted FAIL

BIC- the pain was unbearable. Jordan grit his teeth to try and null the pain. The alien was dead. at the corner of his eye he saw another civillian, his leg had been broken and he could not get up. He had to help, even though he was on the brink of passing out. He struggled to get up, leaving his gun on the floor. He unclipped his kevlar vest, it was too much weight. He also threw off his helmet. he began to limp towards the boy, hoping he would not fall under attack in his helpless state. The other soldiers did not notice him, and have fallen under attack by yet more alien walkers.
